4 eggs
A handful of cheese
Vegetables: onion, pepper, spinach etc.
Ham, sausage – your choice
Salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Saute vegetables in light olive oil in a small cast iron pan.
Whisk eggs, pour into pan
Cook for a few minutes and top with cheese
Bake until the frittata is golden and puffy and the center feels firm and springy, about 25 minutes or more.
