This recipe tastes like chicken wings without the fat and calories!
Ingredients
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, pounded to about ½ inch thick and cut in strips
¼ cup of flour
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tbs chipoltle pepper flakes
Chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Mix all but chicken in a large ziplock bag. Pound mixture into chicken to coat.
Heat griddle or George Foreman grill. Cook until nice and light brown or grilled. Serve smothered in Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce.
