These are the best fish tacos ever! The recipe is simple and quick, and oh so good!

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon salt
1 to 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
16 ounces white fish (cod)
1/2 head of cabbage – shredded
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Flour tortillas


Directions

Melt butter, olive oil, cayenne, salt and garlic together. Pour over fish and marinate one hour. Bake at 350 degrees until fish flakes easily – 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with shredded cabbage and cheese on a flour tortilla.
